What is Socivio?

Socivio is a society management platform. Billing, visitors, complaints, amenities, polls, parcels, notices and emergency alerts live in one place, with a dashboard for each role.

Who is it for?

Society admins and committees, accountants and treasurers, security guards and residents. Each role signs in to its own workspace and only sees what it needs.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Socivio runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. An Android app is also available, and it uses the same account and data as the website.

Can I try it before committing?

Setup & data

How long does setup take?

Most societies are ready within a day. You create the society, add blocks and flats, then approve resident sign-ups. Bills can be generated straight after.

Can we import our existing flats and residents?

Yes. Send us your spreadsheet and we help with the migration so you do not have to retype anything.

How do residents join?

Residents register with their society and flat. The admin approves them with one click, so strangers never get access.

Can one person manage more than one society?

Each society is a separate workspace with its own data. Platform administrators can switch between the societies they look after.

Billing & payments

How are maintenance bills created?

Generate bills for every flat, or one block, in one step using a flat rate or fixed amounts. Late fees and reminders can be applied automatically.

Do residents get receipts?

Yes. Every payment, full or partial, produces a numbered receipt that residents can view and print at any time.

Can we track expenses and defaulters?

Yes. Record expenses by category, see who has outstanding dues, and view income and expense trends in Reports.

Can residents part-pay a bill?

Yes. A resident can pay the full amount or part of it, and the balance stays on the bill.

Security & privacy

Is our society data kept separate from others?

Yes. Every record belongs to one society and every query is limited to it. Residents are further limited to their own details.

Who can see what?

Access is role based. Admins, accountants, guards and residents each get only the modules and actions that match their job.

How are passwords stored?

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never as plain text. Sign-in attempts are tracked and important actions are written to the activity log.

Can we get a copy of our data?

Lists can be exported to CSV from the modules, and you can contact us at any time for a full export.
